Patient underwent endoscopic third ventriculostomy and biopsy. Three months later the lesion had grown in size as shown in images (c and d). patient underwent supracerebellar infratentorial approach and resection of tumor. Images e and f show MRI done 2months after surgery showing residue for which focal radiotherapy was advised
