We thank the readers for their constructive comments. Indeed standard deviation is better to represent the degree of the variability rather than range. Also, since the paper was regarding the response to treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysms and has dealt with a small number of patients, we didn't think gender and age-wise evaluation would be fruitful.
